This Shipping Policy explains how we deliver our frozen döner kebab products across the United Kingdom.
1. Delivery Method
We deliver with our own dedicated drivers using temperature-controlled vehicles. This ensures that your frozen products remain at the correct temperature (-18°C or below) throughout the journey and arrive in perfect condition.
2. Delivery Times
- We aim to deliver all orders within 5 business days from the date of order confirmation.
- Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Most mainland UK orders are delivered within 2–5 business days.
- Deliveries to Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, and more remote areas may take up to the full 5 business days.
Business Days: Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.
3. Shipping Costs

Free Delivery on all orders.
- There are no shipping fees for any UK delivery.
4. Delivery Instructions
- Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to accept the frozen goods.
- Frozen products must be transferred immediately to proper frozen storage (-18°C or below) upon receipt.
- If you request the driver to leave the goods in a safe place, this is done at your own risk. We cannot accept responsibility for products left unattended.
5. Order Tracking & Communication
You will receive an order confirmation email upon placement. Once your order is dispatched, we will notify you with the expected delivery details.
6. Delivery Issues
- Please inspect your delivery immediately upon arrival.
- If your order arrives damaged or late, contact us as soon as possible (ideally within 24 hours) with your order number and supporting photos.
- We will resolve the issue in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
7. Service Areas
We deliver to most postcodes across the United Kingdom. Deliveries to certain remote locations or islands may take longer. If we are unable to deliver to your area, we will contact you before processing the order.
